If your specific case requires Dr. Ganchi to make an incision in the front of your ear, he will take great care to hide it within your natural folds. He then uses internal, permanent sutures to secure the newly shaped cartilage.

  I just had my rhinoplasty surgery 1 week ago . Dr. Ganchi did an amazing job. Exactly what I was hoping for is what I received.   Recently I had reconstructive nose surgery. The process was simple. So far I am 10 days into the recovery phase. It has not been scary or dreadful. Swelling around the eyes reduced after a few days! All that is left is keeping my nose protected!   Greetings all! I recently had labiaplasty done with Dr.Ganchi. I found Dr.Ganchi’s practice long before life gave me time to proceed with this procedure. Therefore I was very happy through each step of the way. After a wonderful consultation in which Dr.Ganchi thoroughly explained what I should expect as far as having the procedure done and the healing process etc. I too am thorough and was left without a question to ask. The front desk staff is fabulous. They were informative which made me feel comfortable and at ease. I even purchased a facial and they were sweet and helpful. The surgery room was airy and I loved my view. I was totally comfortable during the entire procedure. I went right in and in no time I was home. The healing process was just as I was told it would be so felt just fine all throughout. I went back to work on the seventh day after the procedure. I am proud of myself for achieving this and you should too. It’s a life changer in many ways, from clothes feeling comfortable to wiping differently after peeing.   Best decision I've ever made. Period.
